The website and sites operated by the Yeongdeok Cultural Tourism Foundation and the Yeongdeok Cultural Tourism Foundation (Yeongdeok Cultural Tourism Foundation website, Yeongdeok Festival portal, Yeongdeok tourism portal, and sub-site) establish and disclose personal information processing policies as follows in order to protect personal information of information subjects and handle their complaints quickly and smoothly.

Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Statutory Agents, and Method of Exercise thereof)

① The information subject may exercise the right to access, correct, delete, and request the Yeongdeok Cultural Tourism Foundation to stop processing personal information at any time.
② The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) can be made in writing, e-mail, facsimile (FAX), etc. to the Yeongdeok Cultural Tourism Foundation pursuant to Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Yeongdeok Cultural Tourism Foundation will take action without delay.
③ The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be conducted through an agent, such as a legal representative of the information subject or a person entrusted. ④ Requests for access to personal information and suspension of processing may be restricted by Article 35 (4) and Article 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ A request for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as the subject of collection in other laws and regulations.
⑥ The Yeongdeok Cultural Tourism Foundation verifies whether the person who made the request for perusal, correction and deletion, or suspension of processing is the person or a legitimate agent.
